Community Care and Participation

Focal Care – Helping You Connect With Others and Stay Involved

Life isn’t just about staying home. It’s about doing things you enjoy, spending time with others, and feeling part of your world.

Focal Care helps you get out and take part in your community. We support you to do what matters most – your way.

This service is part of your NDIS plan and can be used in many ways.

What Is Community Participation?

  • Going out for a coffee or movie
  • Exploring your local area

If it matters to you, we’re here to support it.
